For me, it started with ten minutes of not pretending.
I told my partner what was happening. Not the dramatic version, just the honest one: I’m still figuring my body out. That sentence alone did more for my confidence than any supplement or trick.
Momentum isn’t volume. It’s repetition. A small shift, done again tomorrow. Stretching. Breathing. Letting things feel awkward without bolting.
You don’t fix what’s private overnight. You just stop running from it long enough for your system to catch up.
